MY SUMMER SAFARI

There is an ongoing debate here in the company as to whether or not you fine folks care about our personal lives and photos. So here are a few from my summer trip. please comment if you care.

MATT McKEE

Matt rocks, it's that simple. Anybody who knows what "Blue Steele" is and is able to wield it with such deadly effect is just the coolest in our book. A pitcher for the Frenship High School baseball team, Matt has his sites set high this year. I think I saw a little tear in Laurie's eye as we shot these photos, and who can blame her? Tough job, that Mom thing. Best of luck Matt and we can't wait to see you mow 'em down this season.

Jackson Family

One of the greatest families you will ever meet. We missed Wes and Sharla just wanted photos of the kids. And what AMAZING kids they are. Austin, you are the man! We have never had so much fun taking pictures of a little guy like you. You have the "Abercrombie" look down! And Ross and Lindsay are just as good as it gets. Good looking, polite, fun, every parents dream. Thanks for sharing every body!

Lubbock City Limits

A nice little sunset I caught the other day at the edge of town. The power lines reminded me of 2 things. First power lines are UGLY and ruin our view of the landscape. Second, wouldn't it be nice if we could use the sun's incredible power for our fuel instead of mucking up everything here.

GRANDPARENTS' NIGHT AT FHS!!!

I was asked to come out and take pictures of some VERY special Grandparents! This was a tough job for me as this was the first year that Hunter hasn't played basketball since he was 4 years old. I never missed a chance to shoot him playing ball. This night I was still fortunate enough to shoot some very special grandparents and their grandsons (who I feel are like my own family as well). Thanks guys for entrusting me with this VERY special shoot. (even though I was a bit teary eyed throughout the whole night).

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!!

RALPH & POLLY'S 50TH & 55TH BIRTHDAY BASH!

Ralph and Polly are great friends of mine. Those of you who don't know Ralph and Polly, Ralph owns "Ralph's Records" and has been around for a VERY LONG TIME... (all 55 years)... (sorry Ralph). Their birthday bash was so much fun. Mike Prichard and his band was our entertainment for the night. My brother's girlfriend, Tina Thompson, even got up there and belted out "Proud Mary". She was awesome. HAPPY BIRTHDAY RALPH & POLLY. Had a great time!
